Capital Raising

We work with a broad range of private businesses to raise capital across all stages of the business lifecycle from early stage through to growth, acquisition and pre-IPO funding in the form of debt, equity or hybrids. We also work with large corporates and large private equity funds in securing funds for their investment strategies.

We can provide a wide range of funding options including venture capital, family offices, high net worth individuals and debt providers and assist our clients to structure and negotiate favourable commercial funding terms.

Feasibility and Project Management

We prepare a feasibility analysis of a proposed project to determine the potential return on investment particularly for renewal projects in solar & wind farms and Power Purchase Agreements.

Renewable projects typically require an initial investment as well as ongoing capital expenditure which are built into the assessment. We assist in identifying all the upfront costs in implementing the project which include purchasing technology, preparing land and engaging service providers (including legal advice, engineering services and carbon accounting).

In addition, our teams can project manage large scale renewable projects and Power Purchase Agreements with large scale industrial sites.
